1. 7-Day Free Trial
ReviewSyncs offers a 7-day free trial on all plans (Starter, Growth, Pro) to allow you to fully test our features, sandbox simulation, and system settings before any payment occurs. No credit card is required to start the trial. Once the trial ends, you must manually choose a subscription plan and pay through Razorpay to continue using the service.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription plan at any time through your dashboard panel. Cancellations take effect immediately for the next billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for cancellations made mid-month; your account will remain active at your paid plan level until the end of your current billing period, after which it will automatically downgrade to the FREE tier.
3. Refund Eligibility
As a SaaS application with a standard free trial, all payments made to ReviewSyncs are generally non-refundable. However, we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:
- Billing Errors: Double charges or billing system errors will be fully refunded.
- Technical Failure: If a technical issue on our end prevents you from using the service (sending rating requests or receiving dashboard metrics) for more than 48 consecutive hours, we will credit or refund a prorated amount for the affected period.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following charges are strictly non-refundable under any conditions:
- WhatsApp Conversation Fees: All API charges levied by Meta (WhatsApp Business Cloud API) for conversation dispatches are non-refundable. These are paid directly by you to Meta and are outside of ReviewSyncs control.
- Completed Billing Cycles: We do not issue refunds for past, fully completed billing months where the service was available and active.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or report a billing discrepancy, please write to us at our support email. Include your account email address, business name, and transaction details or invoice reference number from Razorpay.
We will review your request and get back to you within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method via Razorpay within 7-10 business days.
